Why This Support Matters
Each week, people reach out for care they cannot afford, while community leaders seek better tools to support those they serve. Prism Connection meets this need by combining education, connection, and targeted scholarships that make compassionate care more available.
We are a small nonprofit with a growing impact. To sustain and expand our work, we rely on donations and partnerships from those who believe in making care more accessible for underserved communities in Arizona.
